GUIDED TALK

Visit to the
Don McCullin
Exhibition at
HAUSER & WIRTH

Free to members — £5 Guests
Please arrive at HAUSER & WIRTH Gallery for 10:55.

We have set up a private visit to the HAUSER & WIRTH Gallery in Bruton on 25 February 2026 to see the Don McCullin Exhibition. The visit will start with a thirty-minute talk by a member of the HAUSER & WIRTH team. After the talk, you can explore the exhibition at your own pace.

Celebrating Don McCullin’s 90th year, this exhibition brings together powerful works from the acclaimed 2019 Tate Britain show and highlights from his extraordinary seven-decade journey. Renowned as one of the late 20th century’s most influential photographers, McCullin is celebrated for his deeply compassionate lens on human struggle. His images reveal both the stark truths of existence and moments of unexpected beauty, especially in his evocative still lifes, sweeping landscapes, and archaeological explorations.

Practicalities

Please make your own way to the gallery. We’ll gather in the main courtyard by the entrance at 10:55 am on Wednesday, 25 February.

The Roth Bar will be open during our visit and serves coffee, snacks, brunch, and lunch. Although we have not made formal plans, you are welcome to enjoy some refreshments and extend your visit.

For more details about the exhibition, visit the HAUSER & WIRTH website. While the gallery is open to the public only on select days from 14 February to 12 April, this private visit offers a rare opportunity to enjoy a special talk and explore the gallery in a peaceful, exclusive setting.
