WORKSHOP

‘Flower Power — Painting Flowers Expressively’
with LYNN KEDDIE

£45 per person — Only a couple of spaces left!

Join me for a fun, energising day of painting where we’ll explore the joy of flowers through expressive acrylic techniques.

We’ll kick off with some loosening-up exercises to get you in the flow, followed by tips on simplifying your art and letting go of overthinking. I’ll show you how to use unusual tools to create exciting marks, explore colour mixing, and bring energy and movement to your work.

You’ll have the chance to create two vibrant flower paintings, all while gaining confidence in your technique, composition, and colour choices. Most importantly, this workshop is about helping you find your own unique artistic voice and enjoying the process!

Perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike. If you’re ready to loosen up, be bold, and have fun with paint, this workshop is for you!

You will need to bring the following materials:

  • Plastic or paper to cover your table

  • An A4 size sketch pad

  • charcoal and pencils

  • A couple of small canvases or prepared boards to paint on (around 10 x 8")

  • A selection of brushes include larger ones 2" (cheap decorators is fine)

  • palette knife and any other tools you like to use or experiment with eg —
